Premium Pet Supplies in Brewster, NY!
Went to PetKraze looking for 2 new family members and we found 2 Lutino Cockatiels to be a perfect match! Purchasing the birds was quick and easy. Staff was friendly!
This locally owned pet store has it all and high level of animal care is apparent in their diligently maintained store! Their fish, reptile, rodent and bird selection was amazing and they even have a walk through parrot sancturary in the middle of the store! Their staff was just lovely and all of the animals were clearly very well cared. SUPPORT LOCAL
Good selection of fish and plenty of aquarium supplies, The only pets I have are on fish tanks so I dont know about the rest of the store but it seems to be good!
This place is awesome!! Very nice employees- great buy one get one deals and promos, they stock all the top brands, and the coolest part is that I feel like I just went to a zoo for free- they have this large tank and waterfall of koi and other large fish, plus an aviation room where you can be in there with large parts and African greys, among other birds- also the manager has other birds for adoption which is something I can really get behind- support this local gem!

This store is awesome! The wide variety of animals, fish, birds & reptiles available is incredible. The animals habitats are clean & they are well cared for. The store is well stocked & the Staff are helpful & knowledgeable. New name & new ownership = a great new store. Stop in: you won't leave disappointed.
Awesome fish selection, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Tom and Paul are able to answer any questions I have. This store gets very rare and valuable fish, which are sold for significantly less than they are online. They also won’t sell you a sick fish, so that’s a bonus as well! The other sections of the store apply to my claims as well. Please stop by if you are in the area, you won’t be disappointed!!

Store has new management that is trying their best to revive this place and so far I appreciate the changes. Fish department looks a lot cleaner and has much more knowledgeable staff. The coupons on the app are amazing for discounts on pet items. Stocking of aquatic department is much better then when it was under old management. Only complaint dinged for one star is pricing for some items are way off compared to competitors or online retailers.
The store was very well organized and clean! I had a few questions about different dog foods and the employee Morgan was extremely helpful and kind, she had lots of knowledge of all the variety of dog food products! Definitely will be back here next time I need to restock!
Simply the best, from CT.Clean place, the staff are lovely and friendly. I adopted two ferrets, and even without speaking the language, they were incredibly kind. They were concerned with providing good service and answering all our questions; I would definitely return.5 stars is not enough for the quality and service.
Huge selection of animals and supplies. Koi pond, tortoise pen, and bird room were cool
Our puppy enjoys getting groomed by Jason. He is gentle and kind. I highly recommend.
